When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. Agents may additionally provide an agency name, license number, and profile details. If you use features that need it (such as nearby listing alerts or currency conversion), we may access your device's approximate or precise location, only with your permission.
With your permission, your device's location is used to detect your local currency so listing prices can be shown converted for your convenience, and to notify you of nearby listings. Location is never used to change which properties or countries you can browse — that's always your own choice.
We use your information to operate your account, show you relevant listings, connect you with agents through messaging and viewing requests, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you message an agent, save contact details through a viewing request, or book a viewing, relevant information (such as your name, phone number, and message) is shared with that agent so they can respond to you.
You can block other users to stop them from contacting you, and report listings, messages, or accounts that violate our Terms of Use. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from your profile settings. Some information may be retained where required for legal or safety reasons (for example, records related to an active moderation report).
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
