By creating an account or using Place In (the "Service"), whether through this website or the Place In mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to register an account. Buyer accounts may browse, save, and inquire about listings. Agent accounts may additionally submit property listings, which are reviewed before appearing publicly.
Agents are responsible for the accuracy of the listings, photos, and pricing they submit. Place In does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or condition of any property listed, and does not act as a party to any transaction between buyers and agents. All property enquiries, viewings, and negotiations are conducted directly between buyers and agents.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including submitting false listings, harassing other users, attempting to bypass security features, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these Terms, and users may report content or block other users through the app.
Listing prices are stored in the currency set by the listing agent. Where prices are shown converted into another currency for your convenience (for example, based on your detected location), the converted amount is an estimate using exchange rates that may not reflect real-time market rates, and the original listed price and currency remain the authoritative figure.
You may permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings. This action cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
